We had a pleasant stay in a well-located hotel with friendly staff. the room boasted a spacious layout complete with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, and desk. the ensuite shower room was clean and stocked with toiletries. the complimentary large bottle of water was a nice touch. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options and was excellent value for money.
The roads in the surrounding area could be challenging due to steep inclines, so consider this when choosing your vehicle.

Warm welcome and friendly staff. Immaculately clean room with spacious layout and comfortable bed. Lovely ensuite shower and supplied toiletries. Excellent vegetarian buffet at breakfast. Great value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The warm welcome at arrival and during breakfast made us feel right at home. The room, which was accessible via a lift, was absolutely immaculate and deserves a perfect 10 for cleanliness. We were pleasantly surprised to find a large bottle of complimentary water and a kettle/cup provided in the room. The spaciousness of the room, complete with a wardrobe, safe, desk and chairs, and a very comfortable bed, made our stay even more enjoyable. The ensuite shower room was lovely and toiletries were also supplied. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, especially for us as vegetarians. It had everything we could wish for and provided excellent value for money. We will definitely be returning!

We had a pretty good New Year at this hotel. the staff were super friendly and always went out of their way to help us. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and cities. We really enjoyed exploring Dusseldorf and Cologne, both of which were just a short drive away. And another good thing was the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety of options to choose from.
The room we stayed in was not up to our expectations. The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress was way too stiff for our liking.

The breakfast options and view were great. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location was convenient, with many nearby attractions and easy access to major roads.
The rooms were disappointing and outdated. the bed was uncomfortable and the room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle or tea/coffee.
